Terms of application

You must first wait for the announcement to be made of the relevant applications to the Erasmus program . Announcements can be done once or twice a year. Announcements can be seen on the  Announcements or the International Relations Ofice board  and News section of the university 's main web. Except from the internet, announcements can be seen on the announcement boards in the departments and the university newsletter which is published every two weeks.

The terms  for the Erasmus Student Mobility

a. Have completed at least one year before the readable units abroad

b. General academic grade point averageshould be at least 2.0/4.0 for the level of license and 2.5 / 4.0 for the master and doctorate students.

c. Be out more than two lessons from the previous period

d. the language of the Destination countries or languages will be used in the process benefit from the Erasmus program should be understood, spoken, and written. The terms for the Erasmus staff mobility for  teaching

  2. there should be a bilateral agreement between the universities
  3. There should be a workplan which is accepted  by both the sender and guest institutions
  4. This program must be signed and sealed by these institutions

The terms for the Erasmus staff mobility for training

a. to understand, speak or write one language ( the language of the country planned to go  or English )at a certain level

b. to be lecturers, managers, administrative / technical staff  higher education institution which  has a EUB

c. there should be a bilateral agreement between the universities. If it is a business organizations, it is not necessary to have a bilateral agreement

d. There should be a workplan which is accepted  by both the sender and guest institutions

e. This program must be signed and sealed by these institutions,  at least  it should include the overall  objectives, content and the expected results of the program that will be carried out .
